Earning points

You earn 1 point per $1 spent in store. Points post when staff record your purchase at checkout.

Tiers

Sweet Starter (0+ lifetime points), Jar Favorite (200+), Treat Royalty (600+). Tiers are based on lifetime points and do not decrease when you spend points.

Redeeming

Redemptions create a single-use code that expires shortly after you generate it. Show it to staff before it expires; expired or cancelled codes cannot be reused, and points from an expired code are returned by staff on request.

Birthday reward

Members with a birthday month and day on file get one free birthday treat each year, redeemable in store.

Changes

Sweet JAR Treats may adjust rewards, point values, or end the program at any time. Points have no cash value.
